What are you currently reading?

I’m just about to start one of these three!

False Witness by Karin Slaughter | A Change of Circumstance by Susan Hill | Murders at the Montgomery Hall Hotel by Gina Kirkham

What did you recently finish reading?

The Retreat by Sarah Pearse for my August book club read. I’ll be posting my thoughts in the coming days.

‘A Virtual Crime Book Club’ meets monthly our next meeting is Monday, 4 September 23. Why not join us?

What do you think you’ll read next?

Well now I’m going to read Murder at the Residence by Stella Blómkvist from Corylus Books for a BlogTour. My spot is on 30 August.

However, I’ve time to read one or two more from my remaining three books for the 20booksofsummer23 challenge. So, one or two of these False Witness by Karin Slaughter | A Change of Circumstance by Susan Hill | Murders at the Montgomery Hall Hotel by Gina Kirkham.

I’m still hoping to get all these read so that I’ll have managed not only the ten books initially anticipated for this challenge but fifteen!

#20Booksofsummer23

I may manage 12 – 15 books🤞🏼 this year rather than the anticipated 10 books but I will still see how it goes over the coming weeks.

Here’s the list as it stands now:-

So I’ve read my anticipated 10 books now. I still have two to review but that’ll happen over the coming days. Then I’m onto a BlogTour read on the 30 August. That’s 12 books and as you can see there’s plenty of time between 7 August and the 30 of August so I’ll hopefully be able to read another three (!) to manage 15 this summer but even if it’s just one or two more I’ll be happy to have managed more than the original 10 expected.

Here are the extra three, should I manage one or more of them:

13. False Witness by Karin Slaughter

14. A Change of Circumstance by Susan Hill

15. Murder at Montgomery Hall by Gina Kirkham

This meme is a great way to keep my reading organised and share a regular weekly post with you. I hope that you enjoy it too. Do share your thoughts on this post and the books featured above by leaving a comment below. It’s always good to read what you think.
