I’ve been seeing and reading about a few book challenges when visiting various book blogs recently. I thought it might be good to take. Part in some of them and see how I do.
I’ve been doing the 20 Books of Summer Challenge for a couple of years now and have really enjoyed it. So hoping that it takes place again this year I will, of course, take part.
The challenge is to read 20 books from June until September – alternatively read 15 or 10. The brainchild of Cathy at 746Books it’s a really easy going challenge. This year I will be attempting to read the full 20 Books of Summer. Why not join in with your own 20, 15 or 10 books? You can find out all you need to know on Cathy’s Blog and although this is the announcement for 2019 it shows how easy it is to join in and how relaxed it is with regard to the ‘rules’.
Next I read about the 1920 Club challenge over at StuckinaBook For this one just read a book published in 1920 between 13 – 19 April.
This sounded like a really lovely challenge – I mean one book in a week, what could be more simple? So this is one I will be doing. How about you?
Then there’s the Bingo Challenge it’s pretty self explanatory.
I saw this on Twitter but can’t recall who Tweeted it. It seems to have originated from Penguin Random House (Canada). Looks like it might be fun. I might have a stab at this through the year.
There are lot’s of challenges for readers to join, here are some more. Why not take a look you might enjoy…
